This is a challenge to myself to lose weight, for a total loss of 100 pounds. 
I decided to start a blog so I could update daily with pictures of what I’ve ate, which are all home cooked meals. Hopefully, people could look at this blog in the same place that I am in, and get ideas of what to eat, and be encouraged to keep going.

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m starting this blog to post daily home made meals that I eat so I can challenge myself to stay away from fast food and other things that have gotten me to my hefty weight that I am at now. My goal is to stay healthy and lose weight in the process. The life I&amp;#8217;ve lived till now has not been healthy, and my body has to show for it. I&amp;#8217;m unhappy with what I&amp;#8217;ve become, and desperately want to change that. &lt;strong&gt;This is not for some boy. This is not because society has told me that my body is unacceptable. This is because I want to be healthy. This is for me.&lt;/strong&gt; I want to live to see my children grow. I want to meet my grandchildren. My goal is to lose 100 pounds. At the rate I&amp;#8217;m going, I&amp;#8217;ll be dead into my 30s.&lt;/p&gt;
