Day 7: Lasagna, veggies, salad, and bread. Homemade, delicious. Drank a full cup of water before, and then after.

Day 6: Lemon Garlic Chicken with rice and veggies. Skipped out on most of the rice and just ate the chicken and veggies.
Day 5: Chicken Club with potato salad. I kinda avoided most of the potato salad, and just ate the sandwich, which I only had a little bit of mayo on.
Day 3: Veggie Dolma.
Tomatoes cooked with meat, rice, and tomato sauce inside. Topped with yogurt and ate in lavasheh bread.
Day 2: Enchiladas and Veggies.
Enchiladas were cooked with corn, and my veggies consisted of two servings of cooked broccoli, squash and carrots. Mmm. It Was so delicious.
